Ambien

Ambien If you've been suffering from temporary insomnia caused by stress or anything else, try Ambien! Ambien sleeping pills can help you get back into your natural sleep routine by affecting chemicals in the brain that cause insomnia. With Ambien sleeping pills you'll fall asleep fast (usually within 30 minutes) and get up to 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep!

Side Effects In clinical studies, the most common side effects reported were headache and drowsiness, which occurred in less than 7% of patients. Other less severe side effects that may occur during treatment include lightheadedness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, vivid abnormal dreams, temporary amnesia, and difficulty with coordination. These side effects are rare and do not require you to stop treatment. If you experience more severe side effects with Ambien, such as severe confusion, abnormal behavior, hallucinations, or allergic reaction, stop taking Ambien and seek medical attention immediately.

Suggested Use Follow your doctor's advice. DO NOT take Ambien for more than 10 days unless directed by your doctor. The normal prescribed dose for most patients is one 5 mg or 10 mg tablet immediately before bedtime.

To avoid daytime drowsiness, only take Ambien when you're able to get a full night of rest (7 to 8 hours).

DO NOT take Ambien for more than 10 days unless directed by your doctor.

Sonata

Sonata Sonata is the most recently FDA approved medication for the treatment of insomnia. Sonata works just like other sleeping pills in its class by affecting the central nervous system (CNS) to cause drowsiness. Unlike other medications however, Sonata is less likely to cause daytime drowsiness, one of the most common side effects associated with sleeping pills.

Side Effects In clinical studies the most common side effects reported were temporary vision problems, agitation, day-time drowsiness, dizziness, confusion, headache, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, depression, muscle weakness, tremor, vivid or abnormal dreams, memory difficulties and/or temporary amnesia. These side effects were mild and did not require patients to stop treatment. More severe side effects that are rare and less likely to occur include allergic reaction, hallucinations, abnormal behavior, severe confusion, or suicidal thoughts. If you experience any of the severe side effects associated with Sonata, stop treatment and seek medical help immediately.

Suggested Use Take Sonata as directed by your doctor. For Insomnia, the normal prescribed dose is one 10 mg tablet immediately before bedtime.

DO NOT take more Sonata than what's prescribed to you. To avoid daytime drowsiness, only take Sonata when you are able to get at least 4 hours of sleep.

DO NOT take Sonata for longer than 10 days unless directed by your doctor.
